Rebuilding Long Island — A Superstorm Sandy Project
Super storm Sandy hit Long Island, New York in October 2012. Seaboard Dockbuilders has been working on projects to rebuild seawalls, docks and piers.
Here is a series of photos of one such job.
The bulk heading had to go from a navy corrugated shape to a flat, flush wall.
